Obituary Billie Dean Blythe Wright, 80, of Tompkinsville, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at Kentuckiana Medical Center in Clarksville, IN. She was born July 15, 1933 in Monroe County, KY to the late Jesse Frank Blythe and Fannie Crawford Blythe. She was retired from Western Electric, a member of Tompkinsville First Baptist Church and a member of Eastern Star Lodge #715 Englewood. She was united in marriage on February 9, 1976 to Don Wright. She is survived by her husband: Don Wright of Tompkinsville, one son: Bob Talley of Bowling Green, KY, one daughter: Pamela Elliott, of Columbia, KY, two step daughters: Linda Duke of Springfield, GA, Donna Pilcher of Piketon, Ohio, three sisters: Rosa Earles of Indianapolis, INMary Winkler of Sarasota, FL, Joenell Taylor of Scipo, IN, one special sister-in-law: Joyce Blythe of Tompkinsville, KY, and 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one daughter: Ann Marie Talley, four brothers: James, Roy "Cotton", Grady and Joe Blythe, two sisters: Roxie Emberton and Isabelle Curtis. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, June 22 at 2:00 PM at The Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with entombment to follow in Monroe County Memorial Lawn Mausoleum. Visitation will be after 4:00 PM on Saturday and after 8:00 AM on Sunday at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville. Memorials are suggested to the Tompkinsville First Baptist Church.
