Obituary Billy Dean Osborne, 73, of Tompkinsville passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017 at the home of his son.He was born February 29, 1944 n Tamaroa, IL to the late Montford Osborne and Louella Rice Osborne. He was a retired painter and a US Marine Veteran.He is survived by his wife Betty Lucille Gass Osborne of Tompkinsville, three sons: Billy Lee Osborne, Bobby Osborne and Michael Osborne all of Tompkinsville, one daughter: Stacy Osborne of Livingston, TN, three grandchildren: Hope, Breanna and Hailee Osborne.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers: Richard and Darrell Osborne, three sisters: Audrey Schimpf, Wanda Wynn and Shelby Scarber.Cremation was chosen by the family. There will be no visitation at the funeral home and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
