Clifford "Click" Murray

Mr. Clifford “ Click” Murray, age 83, of Tompkinsville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at Signature Healthcare of Monroe.  Click was born in Union Hill, Tennessee on October 2, 1938, a son of the late Van Melvin and Stella (Short) Murray.  He retired from Crotty Corporation in Tennessee.  Click enjoyed traveling, truck pulls, and driving around the county making his daily stops. 

He is survived by one sister, Thelma Price of Beech Grove, Indiana, one brother; Danny Murray of Union Hill, Tennessee, a special nephew; Doug Carnahan, and wife Tena of Tompkinsville, a daughter-in-law, Renee Murray of Union Hill, Tennessee, two step-grandsons; Jonathan (Rachel) Leonard, and James (Krista) Leonard, both of Tipton, Indiana, and a step-great-grandson, Ryan Leonard.  Two brothers-in-law; James W. Carnahan, and Raymond Percell, one sister-in-law, Beulah Murray, and several nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by a son, Keith Allen Murray, three brothers; Claude, Roy, and Harold Murray, three sisters; Alma Murray, Jean Percell, and Rachel Carnahan, a special friend, Betty Grider, and one brother-in-law; Willie Price.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 17, 2022, from Bartley & Sons Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, with burial to follow in Harlan’s Crossroads Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Saturday from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. and again on Sunday morning from 8:00 until time for services at 2:00 p.m.
