Obituary Evelyn Humes Richardson, 87, of Tompkinsville passed away Saturday, April 8 at the Hospice House in Bowling Green.She was born May 26, 1929 in Marion County, IN to the late Layton Humes and Arpha Page Humes Woods. She was a retired personnel manager for Key Manufacturing and bookkeeper for Anderson Forest and a member of Grandview Church of Christ. She was united in marriage on May 24, 1947 to Frank Richardson who preceded her in death on August 1, 2016.She is survived by three daughters: Judy Craig and husband Larry, Connie McMillian and husband Delmas, Ruth Cleary and husband Wayne all of Tompkinsville, ten grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren, three step great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one brother: Scott Humes and five sisters: Emma Kate Carter, Mary Biggers, Ree Curtis, Lucille Smith and Alberta McAlpin.Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, April 11 at 2:00 PM at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with burial to follow in Monroe County Memorial Lawn.Visitation will be from 1:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday and after 7:30 AM on Tuesday at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville.Memorials are suggested to the Mt.
