Obituary Jesse E. Foster, 32, of Scottsville, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2014 at The University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, KY. He was born August 17, 1981 in Bowling Green, KY to Edward (Eddie) Foster and Deborah (Debbie) Welch Foster. He was currently employed by the Kentucky State Highway Department. In addition to his parents, he is survived by: one brother, Ernie Foster and his wife Kaley of Scottsville, KY; one nephew, Layne Foster of Scottsville, KY; and one fiancé, Melanie Manion of Lafayette, TN. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, January 15th at Strode Funeral Home in Scottsville, Bro. Ricky Huff officiating, with burial to follow in Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Masonic Services will be conducted by the Graham Lodge No. 208 of Scottsville, at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, January 14th at the Strode Funeral Home in Scottsville. Visitation will be after 4:00 PM on Monday, after 7:30 AM on Tuesday, and after 7:30 AM on Wednesday at the Strode Funeral Home in Scottsville.
