Obituary Mr. John McKinley Page, age 47, of Tompkinsville, passed away Wednesday, June 17 at The Medical Center in Bowling Green.  John was born December 28, 1972, in Persimmon to the late David “Blue” Page, and Sally Thompson Page.  John was a Welding Instructor at The Monroe County Area Technology Center.  John was saved on Wednesday, July 9, 1986, at a revival at Beautiful Home Missionary Baptist Church, where he was a member.  He is survived by his mother, Sally Thompson Page, one son; Johnathan Page, one sister; Kathy Hume, and her Husband Kirk, two nieces; Mary and Sarah Hume, and two nephews; Jacob and Matthew Hume all of Tompkinsville. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; Millard and Effie Thompson, his paternal grandparents; Clyde and Opal Page, two infant brothers; Ronnie and Donnie Page. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, at the Gymnasium of The Monroe County High School.  Visitation will begin on Saturday, June 20, 2020 after 2:00 p.m. at Anderson-Bartley Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, and continue after 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, at the HIgh School Gymnasium until time for services at 2.  Burial will be held at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in the Persimmon Community.  Bro. Donald Taylor will officiate the service. Alternate expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to The Pleasant Hill Cemetery, or American Diabetes Association.  These may be made in person or mailed to the funeral home. Pallbearers will be; Jackie Dale Thompson, Shannon Monday, Nelson Goad, Stuart Pitcock, Larry Pitcock, Billy Gillenwater, Eddie Crowe, and Jeff Short. Honorary Pallbearers will be; Beautiful Home Missionary Baptist Church Members, Stephen, and Perry Dale Gillenwater, Brad and Bryan Crowe, Zeke Monday, Kobe Nason, Gage and Braxton McClendon, Jason Hagan, Coby McConnell, Tyler Brown, Charlie, Harley, and Harvey Page, Chris Graves, Monroe County ATC Welding Students, Doyle Fox, Maxie, and David Turner.
