Obituary Juanita Howard Scott, 89, of Tompkinsville passed away Monday, June 6 at her home.She was born November 7, 1926 in Monroe County, KY to the late Alvy Howard and Delphie Rich Howard. She was united in marriage on March 9, 1946 to Amos "Tinker" Scott who preceded her in death on June 28, 2013.She is survived by five sons: Tommie, Richard, Robert and Gary Scott all of Indianapolis, Randall Scott of Roundhill, KY, one daughter Brenda Auble of Indianapolis, two sisters: Nina Downing and Talega Doolin both of Indianapolis, 26 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 5great-great-grandchildren.In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one son: George Scott, two daughters: Clara Jo Stephenson and Shelia Bryant, six brothers: Tim, John, James, Bobby, Jerry and Cleston Howard, three sisters: Dorothy Keys, Sylvia Walters and Saretha Curtis, three grandchildren: Matthew Auble, George E. Scott, Jr. and Robbie Scott.Funeral services will be conducted Friday, June 10 at 12:00 Noon at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with burial to follow in the Beautiful Home Cemetery.Visitation will be after 1:00 PM on Thurs and after 7:30 AM on Friday at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville.Memorials are suggested to the National Kidney Transplant Association in honor of Angela Auble or Tuberocus Sclerosis Foundation.
