Mrs. Judy Ann (Bartley) Hagan, age 77, of Tompkinsville, Kentucky passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at her home, surrounded by family. Judy was born in Tompkinsville on July 5, 1948, a daughter of the late Otis and Ethel Gearlds Bartley. She attended Tompkinsville High School, Class of 1965, and was a devout member of the Tompkinsville Church of Christ. She married Randall Hagan on February 13, 1965, and retired from Key Industries in 1995, after 28 years of service. Judy enjoyed cross-stitching, working in her flower beds, and spending time with her family. She loved sending cards, for every occasion. Her heart of gold and listening ear will be missed by all that know and love Judy.
She is survived by her husband of sixty-one years, Randall Wayne Hagan, their three children, Kim Arnett and husband Terry, of Tompkinsville, Amy McCoy and husband Lynn, of Cookeville, Brian Hagan and wife April, of Glasgow, eight grandchildren, Cory Arnett and wife Candace, Kellie Vaughan and husband Lewis, Kinsley Woods and husband Tracy, Kale Hagan and wife Kaitlynn, Kaleb McCoy and wife Taylor, Karli Hagan, Kerigan Hagan, And Kaidence Hagan. One sister, Jeanette Newport and husband Stanley, along with three great-grandchildren; Ellie Woods, Nash McCoy, and Hagan Lane Woods, also survive.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, John Bartley and J.D. Bartley.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 27, at Bartley & Sons Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Monroe County Memorial Lawn, Jack Honeycutt will officiate the services.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. and again on Monday morning after 8:00 a.m. on Monday until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in memory of Judy.
