Margie Nell (Rhoton) Capshaw

Margie Nell (Rhoton) Capshaw, age 85, of Tompkinsville, passed away Monday, January 2, 2023, at The Palace in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee. She was born on September 13, 1937, the daughter of the late Estus and Effie Olene (Arnett) Rhoton. She is survived by her children, Deborah Ann Huff and husband Carson, Jerry Cornell Capshaw and wife Joyce both of Gamaliel, Judy Marie Capshaw, and Janie Sue White both of Tompkinsville and Tammy June Marquez of Nevada; ten grandchildren, Adam Huff, Angelica Comer, Samantha Cook, Starr Capshaw, Mary Cook, Laura Huff, Kate Shoopman, Justin Marquez, Christan Marquez, and Kristina Cornwell; fourteen great-grandchildren also survive.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Darrell Boyd Capshaw, one daughter, Sharon Faye Cook; one son, Darrell Wayne Capshaw.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Thursday, January 5, 2023, at Bartley and Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in Macedonia Cemetery in Moss, Tennessee.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2023, from 10:00 am until for the service.

Bartley and Son Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to be entrusted with the care of Mrs. Margie Capshaw.
