Mary Lou Waller,83, of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at the Monroe County Medical Center. She was born on February 10, 1938 the daughter of the late Leon and Lou Del (Ferguson) White and was raised by her beloved grandparents Ernest and Helen White. She was a member of Corinth Church of Christ. She was retired from Red Kapp Industries and the Monroe County Board of Education. Mary Lou loved to travel, and had been to all 50 states, she had taken several cruises and met Pope John in Rome, Italy.

She is survived by two sons, Jackie Hagan and wife Debbie of Bowling Green, Kentucky and Colonel Rickie N. Hagan of Tompkinsville, Kentucky; 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren also survive.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ernest and Helen White, her husband, J.L. Waller and her beloved cat Miss Lucy.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Bartley & Sons Funeral Home with burial in the Memorial Lawn.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Thursday morning after 7:00 am until time for the service at 2:00 pm.
Alternate expressions of sympathy may be made to the Barren County Animal Shelter in memory of Mrs. Mary Lou Waller.
Bartley & Sons Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to be entrusted with the care of Mrs. Waller.
For the protection of Mrs. Waller family, it is kindly asking for everyone coming to the service abide by Governor Beshear’s recommendation of wearing a mask and practice social distancing.
