Patricia Anne Ferguson

Ms. Patricia Anne “Pat” Ferguson, age 68, of Lafayette, Indiana, and formerly of Clarks Hill, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at Witham Hospital in Lebanon, Indiana.

She was born June 14, 1954, in Tompkinsville, Kentucky to the late Lewis and Virgie (Walker) Turner. She attended school in Monroe County, KY, and the old Wea School.  She received her GED from McCutcheon High School in 1986.  She worked as a cook at Clarks Hill Fish & Steak for several years and has done more than her share of lawn and garden work.

Pat was a member of Clarks Hill Christian church in Clarks Hill, Indiana, and a member of the Colfax American Legion Women’s Auxiliary.  She loved being outdoors and enjoyed fishing and working in her garden. She also liked to watch Kentucky Wildcats and the University of Louisville Cardinals sports.  She was a fan of football, basketball, NASCAR,  and baseball and loved to watch the St. Louis Cardinals and the Dallas Cowboys.

She is survived by her 2 children, Jeff (Michael Zink) Ferguson of Lafayette and Rebecca (Jeff) Wooten of Clarks Hill; a brother, Ralph Walker; and her beloved pets.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Micha Ferguson, Jr.

Visitation and service will be held from 11:00 am until time of service at 1:00 pm, Thursday, March 9, 2023, at Bartley and Sons Funeral Home with Interment to follow at Brown Cemetery in Tompkinsville, Kentucky.
