Obituary Roger Allen Parks, 72, of Gamaliel, passed away Saturday, March 4 at the Monroe County Medical Center in Tompkinsville.He was born May 28, 1944 in St Johns, Michigan to the late William Earl Parks and Shirley Fox Parks. He was a retired auto body repairman and a baby grand piano mover. He was united in marriage on May 7, 1982 to the former Deanna Purvis.He is survived by his wife Deanna Parks of Gamaliel, one daughter Monica Carmona and husband Jose of Gamaliel and six grandchildren: Seaosha Vanderstow, Suntana Vanderstow, Sybilla Vanderstow, Austin Carmona, Sebastian Carmona and Karina Carmona.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one daughter: Rachel Renee Parks.Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday, March 8, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at Strode's Gamaliel Chapel.
