Ruby Ann Perkins

Ruby Ann Perkins, 72 of Mt. Hermon, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, June 14th at her home. She was born in Monroe County on September 20, 1953, the daughter of the late Harold Preston Norris and Edith Eilyene (Pennington) Norris. She retired from Pure Drug where she worked as a Pharmacy Technician. Ruby enjoyed sewing, cooking, shopping and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by a son, Wesley Vibbert and wife Cristy of Mt. Hermon, Kentucky; Three grandchildren, Logan Vibbert and wife Makelia, of Mt. Hermon, Kentucky, Weston Vibbert and wife Kaitlyn of Glasgow, Kentucky and Kelsey Vibbert and fiancé Gavin Wilson of Mt. Hermon, Kentucky; One great-grandchild, Preston Vibbert; Two brothers, Stevie Norris and wife Sharon and David A. Norris and wife Connie all of Tompkinsville, Kentucky; A special friend Ruby Kathy Griffin of Texarkana, Arkansas also survives.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother Jerry Pennington and one sister-in-law, Betty Jean “BJ” Pennington.

Private Graveside Services were conducted at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 17th at Monroe County Memorial Lawn. Bro. David A. Norris and Mikey Coffelt officiated the service.

Family served as pallbearers.
