He became the typical regular customer while I still worked at The Eatin' Table. I could always have his order written down as soon as I saw him pulling in, it never changed. Even the way he said it. "I'll take a biscuit and gravy, a couple sausage, and two eggs over light." He always only ordered a coffee, even though I knew he'd end up asking for water too. He was a good one, he'd flash a huge grin whenever he walked in and I'd greet him "Hello Mr. Gillenwater." And he eventually learned my name and greeted me the same. Prayers for the family and all that knew him!
