When I learned of Tracy's departure my heart broke for her family and the rest of her friends. She always was a one of a kind, blunt spoken, genuine soul. There was never a conversation where she didn't speak of her kids or the other people that she cared for. You always knew her door was open and you were welcomed anytime. Especially if you loved animals as much as she did you were welcomed to come see the newest additions. But most importantly she spoke of her love for her children and their children. That was always made plain! We spoke once of loss of loved ones and how I wondered about some of mine specifically I hoped I made my loved ones proud. She said when something happens to me "I want my kids to never doubt I love them, that they are stronger than they give themselves credit for, and life is for the living! I want them to put the love they want to show me towards their kids to make them never doubt they are loved and just try to do better today than they did yesterday that is what I'd be proud of." She reminded me a lot of how my mom was so it gave me peace on tough days to remember maybe that is how mine felt too. Hopefully you all will find peace in the days to come. You all will be in my prayers .

I'm so sorry to hear about Tracy leaving this world. Though it's been years since I had seen her, I still cherish the friendship we had. From coffee talks at the pool hall, to my visits at her place. Brandon, Mara, Niki: you will be in my thoughts, always.
